Position Overview: Army and The Aspire Group seek a teachable, positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader. Sales Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing, face-to-face presentations and in-arena/stadium tours. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the FRMC Manager. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."


Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing outbound calls for Army's Athletic Department with a concentration on Football and additional sports.

Inventory which is available for sale from the FRMC include, but not limited to:

a. Season Tickets
b. Season Ticket upgrades and Add-ons
c. Group Tickets
d. Partial/ Mini-Plan Ticket Packages
e. Single game tickets


Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of the Army's Athletic Department & The Aspire Group.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within the Paciolan database.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Availability to work Athletic events including home games and special events.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Ticketing software experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Little or no ticket sales experience required

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on meeting or exceeding ticket sales goals.  Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, other voluntary health benefits and 401k with matching program.

  • Single game tickets

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
  • Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/ CRM database
  • Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and fan contact data capture programs and initiatives as agreed upon with FRMC Leadership
  • Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans
  • Make 70-100 outbound calls daily following the highest quality techniques using the Aspire approved system
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Ticket Sales & Service Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Desire to grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics 
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
  • Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
  • Ticketmaster Ticketing software experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills 
  • Professional image and demeanor 
  • Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
  • Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year sports ticket sales and service experience, however this is not required
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

Compensation: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals

  • Make 80-100 outbound calls daily.
  • Availability to work Athletic events including home games and special events. Reps are expected to work games/events during each calendar year.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management or related field
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for both selling tickets and being a leader of the Ticket Sales team 
  • Along with the FRMC Leadership, act as a liaison of The Aspire Group with the Athletic Department.
  • Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally.
  • Grow business significantly each year.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development.
  • Present and communicate Ticket Sales strategies, procedures and processes.
  • Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets.
  • Continually develop the Ticket Sales program in the following areas: new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting.
  • Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports.
  • Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • An established, aggressive, and successful salesperson with proven self-motivational skills
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for ticket sales and service
  • Proven written and presentation skills
  • Possess a degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 2-3 years of sports ticket sales experience, and at least 1 year in Assistant Ticket Sales Management/ Team Leader preferred
  • Experience with Ticketing Software is a plus.
  • Must be able to communicate equally well with executives, staff and fans at all levels and be comfortable in a very close supervisory and intense training environment.
