Position Overview: Army and The Aspire Group seek a teachable, positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader. Sales Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing, face-to-face presentations and in-arena/stadium tours. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the FRMC Manager. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."


Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing outbound calls for Army's Athletic Department with a concentration on Football and additional sports.

Inventory which is available for sale from the FRMC include, but not limited to:

a. Season Tickets
b. Season Ticket upgrades and Add-ons
c. Group Tickets
d. Partial/ Mini-Plan Ticket Packages
e. Single game tickets


Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of the Army's Athletic Department & The Aspire Group.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within the Paciolan database.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Availability to work Athletic events including home games and special events.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Ticketing software experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Little or no ticket sales experience required

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on meeting or exceeding ticket sales goals.  Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, other voluntary health benefits and 401k with matching program.

• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/ CRM database
• Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with FRMC Leadership
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans
• Make 90-100 outbound calls daily
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by FRMC Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics 
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Veritix Ticketing software experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills 
• Professional image and demeanor

• Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year sports ticket sales experience, however this is not required

• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of The Aspire Group and Kansas Athletics.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within ticketing database.
• Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, premium seating, donations, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 60-80 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Paciolan or ticketing software experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Ability to learn quickly

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Sales Plan and Operating Budget
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Sales & Service staff

  • Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets
  • Ongoing development of New Ticket Sales program in the following areas: season ticket, new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting
  • Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing
  • Leads in the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
  • Leads in the development of ticket marketing, promotions, ticket pricing, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc.
  • Serves as a member of the external operations team
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management or related field
  • 1-2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in Inside Sales/ Ticketing Management/ Team Leader preferred

The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is a 36 month development cycle designed to accelerate Aspire’s Sales Consultants into management positions. Position Overview:  The Aspire Group seeks a positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader.  Service and Retention Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the Ticket Sales and Service Leadership Team. Service Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

Duties include but are not limited to acting as the primary liaison between our current client base and Denver Athletics.  Service and Retention Consultants will also be responsible for renewing and growing all season ticket accounts and generating new business through upselling, cross selling, and referrals. 

Additional duties include: performing outbound calls, handling all forms of inbound communication and being able to address and answer all questions, comments or concerns, conducting onsite and offsite appointments, and attending additional season ticket member events for all ticketed Denver Athletics Sporting events.

This position will renew and sell ticketed sports including but not limited to Ice Hockey, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Gymnastics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Service all existing season ticket members
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and service
  • Facilitate season ticket member upgrades and additional seat requests
  • Grow sales significantly each week by attracting new business leads
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects and season ticket members within ticketing database.
  • Work home games and season ticket member events, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game
  • Set and execute out of office and arena tour appointments to grow relationships and revenue within the current fan base
  • Contact area businesses and individuals via phone and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans, and group ticket plans.
  • Make 80 outbound calls daily
  • Contribute and assist in building out a world class program
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year professional or collegiate sports sales experience
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
  • Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
  • Paciolan Spectra software experience is a plus

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on meeting or exceeding ticket sales goals.  Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, other voluntary health benefits and 401k with matching program.
