Sales Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties include performing outbound calls to sell Season Tickets & Group Tickets for FIU Athletics, with a concentration on Football and Men’s Basketball.

1. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
2. Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads
3. Be prepared to sell on behalf of FIU Athletics and as well as all other entities which Aspire represents
4. Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within the Customer Relationship Management and/or Ticketing databases
5. Make 100 outbound calls daily.
6. Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
7. Work all home FIU Football and Basketball games and other ticketed sporting events as necessary, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
8. Additional responsibilities as assigned by Director

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Ticketing software experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Little or no ticket sales experience required

Duties and Responsibilities:

•The Team Leader will be responsible for both selling tickets as well as managing the ticket sales team of up to eight (8) Full-Time Sales Consultants.

•Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Ticket Sales Plan and Operating Budget.

•With support; Recruit, hire, train, supervise a new ticket sales staff.

•Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunities within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally.

•Grow business significantly each year.

•Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development.

•Develop, present and communicate Ticket Sales strategies, procedures and processes.

•Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket sales target markets.

•Continually develop the Ticket Sales program in the following areas: new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting.

•Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing etc.

•Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.

•Provide recommendations to The Aspire Group and the National Sales Center on marketing, promotions, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc.

•Other responsibilities as assigned by NSC Director

Qualifications & Requirements:

•An established, aggressive, and successful salesperson with proven self-motivational skills.

•Strong work ethic and a passion for sales and creativity.

•Proven written and presentation skills.

•Possess a degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 2-3 years of sports ticket sales experience, and at least 1 year in Ticket Sales Management/ Team Leader preferred.

•Experience with Paciolan and Veritix Ticketing Software or similar product preferred but not mandatory.

•Must be able to communicate equally well with executives, staff and fans at all levels and be comfortable in a very close supervisory and intense training environment.

Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the FRMC Leadership Team. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

Raise Your Game Executive Development Program: At The Aspire Group, commitment to our clients is matched by an equal commitment to our staff. The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is a 36 month development cycle designed to accelerate Aspire’s Sales Consultants into management positions. The Aspire Group provides career growth opportunities by preparing staff with a foundation in Ticket Marketing, Sales and Service, Sales Management, Sport Business Management and Life Skills. The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is recognized as one of the most progressive management training program in the sport industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing outbound calls to build relationships with past and prospective tennis fans, and in turn proactively sell US OPEN ticket packages to qualified individuals and organizations.

Inventory which is available for sale from the FRMC include, but not limited to:
a. Individual Event Passes
b. Week Long/ Multi-Day Passes
c. Premium Ticket Packages
d. Group Tickets

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business and group leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of The Aspire Group and US OPEN.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within ticketing database.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone to sell tickets, and group ticket plans.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience preferred; display a genuine desire to help people
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative

Compensation: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals.
