Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing outbound calls. The ideal candidate will concentrate on Football, Women’s Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Women’s Basketball, and Track & Field along with all ticketed sporting events.

Inventory which is available for sale from the KU FRMC include, but not limited to:
a. Season tickets (renewals)
b. Season tickets (new business)
c. Season ticket upgrades and add-ons
d. Group tickets
e. Partial/ Mini-Plan ticket packages
f. Single game tickets
g. Donations to KU Athletics

Duties and Responsibilities:
• The Team Leader will be responsible for both selling tickets as well as managing the ticket sales team of up to (4) Full-Time Sales Consultants.
• Act as the principal liaison of The Aspire Group with the Athletic Department.
• Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Ticket Sales Plan and Operating Budget.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise a new ticket sales and service staff.
• Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally.
• Run day-to-day operations of the new Fan Relationship Management Center profitably while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service.
• Grow business significantly each year.
• Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development.
• Develop, present and communicate Ticket Sales strategies, procedures and processes.
• Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets.
• Continually develop the Ticket Sales program in the following areas: new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting.
• Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing etc.
• Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
• Provide recommendations to The Aspire Group and the partner on marketing, promotions, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by University Athletic Department.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• An established, aggressive, and successful salesperson with proven self-motivational skills
• Strong work ethic and a passion for sales and creativity
• Proven written and presentation skills
• Possess a degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 2-3 years of sports ticket sales experience, and at least 1 year in Ticket Sales Management/ Team Leader preferred
• Experience with Ticketmaster/ Archtics Ticketing Software or similar product preferred but not mandatory
• Must be able to communicate equally well with executives, staff and fans at all levels and be comfortable in a very close supervisory and intense training environment.

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on ticket sales.

Manager, Service - Kansas Athletics- The Aspire Group (Lawrence, KS)

The Manager of Service should have a track record of success in managing a Ticket Sales or Service team. This Manager will oversee an initial staff of up to (3) season ticket service consultants.

The KU FRMC Service team is responsible for the renewal of all Football and Basketball season ticket holders. The staff will perform outbound calls and service inbound calls for KU Athletics with a concentration on Football, Women’s Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Women’s Basketball, and Track & Field along with all ticketed sporting events. Additionally, this team is responsible for the growth of new season ticket sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the annual season ticket retention plans for KU Football and Basketball
• Act as a liaison for The Aspire Group and KU Athletics
• Manage & update sales records using Paciolan Ticket System/CRM on a daily and weekly basis
• Assist with the monthly 'Green Light Brainstorming' sessions
• Assist in the development of new Ticket Marketing growth programs and initiatives.
• Analyze weekly call reports, closing rates while maintaining sales efficiency records.
• Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an on-going basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals, provide follow-up with appropriate feedback and direction for development with sales staff.
• Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities that will drive season ticket holder retention
• Continually develop the Ticket Service program in the following areas: new business generation, service leadership, development of service-related strategies, service training, development of best practices and results in tracking and reporting.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly service figures and relevant accountability reports.

• Preferred candidate will have extensive experience in Season Ticket Service.
• Possess a degree in relevant field, a minimum of 2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in Ticket Sales or Service Management is preferred.
• Experience with Paciolan/CRM.
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills.
• Professional image and demeanor.
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative.

Compensation: Competitive salary, with the opportunity to earn commissions and a bonus based on performance.

6. Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
7. Work all home Football and Basketball games and other ticketed sporting events as necessary, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
8. Additional responsibilities as assigned by Director

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Ticketing software experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Little or no ticket sales experience required

Duties and Responsibilities:
• The Manager will be responsible for both selling tickets as well as managing the ticket sales team of up to (1) Full-Time Sales Consultant.
• Act as the principal liaison of The Aspire Group with the Athletic Department.
• Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Ticket Sales Plan and Operating Budget.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise a new ticket sales and service staff.
• Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally.
• Run day-to-day operations of the new Fan Relationship Management Center profitably while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service.
• Grow business significantly each year.
• Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development
• Develop, present and communicate Ticket Sales strategies, procedures and processes.
• Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets.
• Continually develop the Ticket Sales program in the following areas: new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting.
• Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing etc.
• Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
• Provide recommendations to The Aspire Group and Towson Athletics on marketing, promotions, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Towson Athletics.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• An established, aggressive, and successful salesperson with proven self-motivational skills.
• Strong work ethic and a passion for sales and creativity.
• Proven written and presentation skills.
• Possess a degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 2-3 years of sports ticket sales experience, and at least 1 year in Ticket Sales Management/ Team Leader preferred.
• Experience with Ticketing Software or similar product preferred, but not mandatory.
• Must be able to communicate equally well with executives, staff and fans at all levels and be comfortable in a very close supervisory and intense training environment.
