Position Overview: The Aspire Group seeks a positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader. Sales Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the FRMC Leadership Team. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

Raise Your Game Executive Development Program: At The Aspire Group commitment to our clients is matched by an equal commitment to our staff. The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is a 3 year development cycle designed to accelerate Aspire's Sales Consultants into management positions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing inbound/outbound calls for CSU Athletics for all ticketed sports.

Inventory which is available for sale across ticketed sports from the FRMC include, but is not limited to:
a. Season tickets (renewals)
b. Season tickets (new business)
c. Season ticket upgrades and add-ons
d. Group tickets
e. Partial/ Mini-Plan ticket packages
f.  Single game tickets
g. Stand Alone Donations to CSU Athletics

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads. 

• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/ CRM database.
• Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with FRMC Leadership.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 90-100 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by FRMC Director.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics 
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Paciolan Ticketing software experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills 
• Professional image and demeanor 
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year sports ticket sales experience, however this is not required.

Compensation: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals.

Position Overview: This position will manage new ticket sales including Consultants for all ticket sports including Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Women’s Volleyball, and Men’s and Women’s Soccer.

Inventory which is available for sale from the SCU FRMC include, but not limited to: 
a. Season tickets
b. Group tickets
c. Partial/Mini-Plan ticket packages

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight for: Consultant, Sales and Service
  • Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Sales Plan and Operating Budget
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a ticket sales team
  • Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the new Fan Relationship Management Center profitably while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service
  • Grow business each year
  • Responsible for season ticket renewal goals for customer service team
  • Manager will also be responsible for personal sales and season ticket retention goals
  • Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development
  • Work with the university liaison to develop, present and communicate ticket sales strategies, procedures and processes
  • Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets
  • Ongoing development of New Ticket Sales program in the following areas: season ticket, new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting
  • Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing
  • Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs
  • Oversee and develop season ticket retention program, with special attention to new season ticket and high risk accounts
  • Leads in the development of ticket marketing, promotions, ticket pricing, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc
  • Serves as a member of the external operations team
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years, Ticket Sales Management
  • Possess a degree in relevant field, a minimum of 1-2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in Inside Sales/ Ticketing Management/ Team Leader preferred
  • Experience with Vendini Ticketing Software preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others and confidence when taking initiative.

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on meeting or exceeding ticket sales goals

• Oversee youth sports group sales category.
• Service and renew existing Group Leaders.
• Make outbound calls on a daily basis to potential new group leaders.
• Products sold are a full menu of group ticket packages and fan experiences.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
• Grow sales significantly each week by developing additional group business and hospitality leads.
• Meet face to face with existing clients and prospects and tour the facilities and group amenities with the goal of procuring sales.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within ticketing databases.
• Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and group leaders via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell group ticket plans.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Sport Business or Sport Marketing)
• General knowledge of the sports and the league/ conference
• Desire to grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience a plus; display a genuine desire to help people
• Archtics, Paciolan, Veritix or ticketing software experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Minimum one (1) year of outbound ticket package sales experience with a professional or collegiate sports organization required
• Experience selling to youth sports organizations preferred

• Continually develop the Ticket Sales program in the following areas: new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting.
• Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing etc.
• Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
• Provide recommendations to The Aspire Group and Athletic Department on marketing, promotions, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc.

Education and Experience:

Sales Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing outbound calls. The ideal candidate will concentrate on The ideal candidate will concentrate on Football, Women’s Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, and Track & Field along with all ticketed sporting events.

Inventory which is available for sale include, but not limited to:

a. Season Memberships

b. Season Membership upgrades add-ons

c. Group tickets and experience packages

d. Premium and Suite Tickets

e. Partial/ Mini-plan ticket packages

f. Donations Texas Athletics

g. Single game tickets

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of Texas Athletics.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within ticketing database.
• Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 85 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 4 year college degree
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Minimum 1 year sales experience (sports preferred)
• Display a genuine desire to help people
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative

Compensation: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals.
