The ideal candidate will concentrate on Football, Women’s Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Women’s Basketball, Track & Field, and Athletic Development along with all ticketed sporting events.

Inventory which is available for sale from the KU FRMC include, but not limited to:
a.Season tickets (renewals)
b.Season tickets (new business)
c.Season ticket upgrades and add-ons
d.Group tickets
e.Partial/ Mini-Plan ticket packages
f.Single game tickets
g.Donations to KU Athletics

Duties and Responsibilities:
•The Team Leader will be responsible for both selling tickets as well as managing the ticket sales team of up to (6) Full-Time Group Sales Consultants.
•Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Ticket Sales Plan and Operating Budget.
•With support; Recruit, hire, train, supervise a new ticket sales staff.
•Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunities within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally.
•Grow business significantly each year.
•Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development.
•Develop, present and communicate Ticket Sales strategies, procedures and processes.
•Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets.
•Continually develop the Ticket Sales program in the following areas: new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting.
•Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing etc.
•Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
•Provide recommendations to The Aspire Group and KU Athletics on marketing, promotions, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc.
•Other responsibilities as assigned by KU Athletic Department.

Qualifications & Requirements:
•An established, aggressive, and successful salesperson with proven self-motivational skills.
•Strong work ethic and a passion for sales and creativity.
•Proven written and presentation skills.
•Possess a degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 2-3 years of sports ticket sales experience, and at least 1 year in Ticket Sales Management/ Team Leader preferred.
•Experience with Paciolan Ticketing Software or similar product preferred but not mandatory.
•Must be able to communicate equally well with executives, staff and fans at all levels and be comfortable in a very close supervisory and intense training environment.

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on meeting or exceeding ticket sales goals.

The Director will operate at the KU Athletics FRMC, based on campus in Lawrence, Kansas. The Director will oversee the Fan Relationship Management Center, and assist in ticket marketing strategies with the KU Marketing and Promotions personnel.

Compensation: Competitive, with the opportunity to earn significant bonuses based on performance.

Sales & Service Consultant will be responsible for renewing all season ticket accounts as well as up- selling and cross- selling.
Inventory which is available for sale from the ULM FRMC include, but not limited to:
a. Season Tickets
b. Group Tickets
c. Mini Plans
d. Individual Game Tickets

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Service all existing full season ticket accounts.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of The Aspire Group and ULM Athletics.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within ticketing database.
• Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative.

Compensation: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• The Manager will be responsible for both selling tickets as well as managing the ticket sales team of up to (1) Full-Time Sales Consultant.
• Act as the principal liaison of The Aspire Group with the Athletic Department.
• Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Ticket Sales Plan and Operating Budget.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise a new ticket sales and service staff.
• Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally.
• Run day-to-day operations of the new Fan Relationship Management Center profitably while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service.
• Grow business significantly each year.
• Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development
• Develop, present and communicate Ticket Sales strategies, procedures and processes.
• Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets.
• Continually develop the Ticket Sales program in the following areas: new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting.
• Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing etc.
• Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
• Provide recommendations to The Aspire Group and Towson Athletics on marketing, promotions, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Towson Athletics.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• An established, aggressive, and successful salesperson with proven self-motivational skills.
• Strong work ethic and a passion for sales and creativity.
• Proven written and presentation skills.
• Possess a degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 2-3 years of sports ticket sales experience, and at least 1 year in Ticket Sales Management/ Team Leader preferred.
• Experience with Ticketing Software or similar product preferred, but not mandatory.
• Must be able to communicate equally well with executives, staff and fans at all levels and be comfortable in a very close supervisory and intense training environment.

Compensation: Competitive base salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on ticket sales.
