Position Overview: This position will manage staff and ticket sales responsibilities for all ticketed sports to include Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, and Baseball.  Inventory which is available for sale from the Cleveland State FRMC include, but not limited to

a)      Season tickets

b)     Group tickets

c)      Partial/Mini-Plan ticket packages

d)     Single game tickets


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sells tickets for all ticketed sports through inbound, outbound, and renewal sales efforts
  • Develops and executes approved Annual Business and Sales Plan and Operating Budget
  • Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises Sales & Service staff
  • Leads, motivates, develops, coaches, and retains sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization and The Aspire Group globally
  • Assists with day-to-day operations of the new FRMC in order to drive profitably while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service
  • Grows business each year
  • Meets or exceeds personal sales goals
  • Monitors, manages, and evaluates sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establishes and communicates clear sales revenue and training goals and follows up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development
  • Works with the university liaison to develop, present, and communicate ticket sales strategies, procedures, and processes
  • Identifies, explores, and researches new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets
  • Continuously improves New Ticket Sales program in the following areas: season ticket, new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices, and results tracking and reporting
  • Tracks and reports daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports; Handles all bookkeeping, commission reporting, and staff payroll processing
  • Assists with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions, and programs.
  • Leads in the development of ticket marketing, promotions, ticket pricing, sales strategies, and community ticket/ sampling programs
  • Serves as a member of the external operations team
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management or related field
  • 1-2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in Inside Sales/ Ticketing Management/ Team Leader preferred
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to portray a professional image and demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others and confidence when taking initiative
  • Effective problem solving skills

Compensation:

• Maintains computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/ CRM database
• Works home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with FRMC Leadership
• Contacts area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments, and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans, and group ticket plans
• Makes 90-100 outbound calls daily
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by FRMC Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics 
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail-oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; displays a genuine desire to help people
• Paciolan Ticketing software experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills 
• Ability to consistently present a professional image and demeanor 
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year sports ticket sales experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Sales Plan and Operating Budget
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Sales & Service staff

  • Run ticket sales game day operations at all Pepperdine home games, including post-season.
  • Supervise student workers, complimentary admissions, student tickets, will call and ticket sales.
  • Sell tickets for all ticketed sports through inbound, outbound, and renewal sales efforts
  • Manager will also be responsible for personal sales goals.
  • Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development
  • Grow business each year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Sales Plan and Operating Budget
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Sales & Service staff

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the new Fan Relationship Management Center profitably while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service

  • Grow business each year
  • Work with the university liaison to develop, present and communicate ticket sales strategies, procedures and processes
  • Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets
  • Ongoing development of New Ticket Sales program in the following areas: season ticket, new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting
  • Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing
  • Leads in the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
  • Leads in the development of ticket marketing, promotions, ticket pricing, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc.
  • Serves as a member of the external operations team
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management or related field
  • 1-2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in Inside Sales/ Ticketing Management/ Team Leader preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.

  • Be prepared to sell on behalf of University of Maryland Athletics & The Aspire Group.
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within the Paciolan (Ticketing) database.
  • Make 100 outbound calls daily.
  • Availability to work Athletic events including home games and special events. Reps are expected to work between 25-50 games/events during each calendar year.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management or related field
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
  • Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
  • Little or no ticket sales experience required

Duties include but are not limited to acting as the primary liaison between our current client base and Maryland Athletics.  Service and Retention Consultants will also be responsible for renewing and growing all season ticket accounts and generating new business through upselling, cross selling, and referrals. 

Additional duties include: performing outbound calls, handling all forms of inbound communication and being able to address and answer all questions, comments or concerns, conducting onsite and offsite appointments, and attending additional season ticket member events for all ticketed Maryland Athletics Sporting events.

This position will renew and sell ticketed sports including but not limited to Football and Men’s and Women’s Basketball.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Service all existing season ticket members
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and service
  • Facilitate season ticket member upgrades and additional seat requests
  • Grow sales significantly each week by attracting new business leads
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects and season ticket members within ticketing database.
  • Work home games and season ticket member events, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game
  • Set and execute out of office and arena/stadium tour appointments to grow relationships and revenue within the current fan base
  • Contact area businesses and individuals via phone and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans, and group ticket plans.
  • Make 75 outbound calls daily
  • Contribute and assist in building out a world class program
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year professional or collegiate sports sales experience
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
  • Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative

Position Overview: 

This position will manage a team of sales and service consultants focused on selling all ticketed sports at the University of Portland. Inventory which is available for sale from the University of Portland FRMC include, but is not limited to:  season tickets, group tickets, partial/mini-plan ticket packages, and single-game tickets.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes approved Annual Business and Sales Plan and Operating Budget
  • Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises a ticket sales team
  • Leads, motivates, develops, coaches, and retains sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization and The Aspire Group globally.
  • Assists with day-to-day operations of the new FRMC in a manner that will lead to profitability while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service
  • Runs ticket sales game day operations at all home games, including post-season
  • Grows business each year by creating and implementing successful strategies
  • Responsible for season ticket renewal goals for customer service team
  • Meets all personal sales and season ticket retention goals
  • Monitors, manages, and evaluates sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establishes and communicates clear sales revenue and training goals and follows up with sales staff using appropriate feedback and direction for development.
  • Works with the university liaison to develop, present, and communicate ticket sales strategies, procedures, and processes
  • Identifies, explores, and researches new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets
  • Champions ongoing development of New Ticket Sales program in the following areas: season ticket, new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices, and results tracking and reporting
  • Tracks and reports daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports; handles all bookkeeping, commission reporting, and staff payroll processing
  • Assists with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions, and programs
  • Oversees and develops season ticket retention program, with special attention to new season ticket and high-risk accounts
  • Leads in the development of ticket marketing, promotions, ticket pricing, sales strategies, and community ticket/ sampling programs
  • Serves as a member of the external operations team
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management or related field
  • Sports ticket sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in Inside Sales/ Ticketing Management/ Team Leader preferred
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
