POSITION OVERVIEW: Army and The Aspire Group seek a teachable, positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader. Sales Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing, face-to-face presentations and in-arena/stadium tours. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the FRMC Manager. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include performing outbound calls for Army's Athletic Department with a concentration on Football and additional sports.


Inventory which is available for sale from the FRMC include, but not limited to:
a. Season Tickets
b. Season Ticket upgrades and Add-ons
c. Group Tickets
d. Partial/ Mini-Plan Ticket Packages
e. Single game tickets


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of the Army's Athletic Department & The Aspire Group.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within the Paciolan database.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Availability to work Athletic events including home games and special events.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Ticketing software experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Little or no ticket sales experience required


COMPENSATION: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Sales Plan and Operating Budget.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise a ticket sales team.
• Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the new Fan Relationship Management Center profitably while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service.
• Grow business each year.
• Responsible for season ticket renewal goals for customer service team.
• Manager will also be responsible for personal sales and season ticket retention goals.
• Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development.
• Work with the Director, Ticket Sales and Service to develop, present and communicate ticket sales strategies, procedures and processes.
• Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets.
• Ongoing development of New Ticket Sales program in the following areas: season ticket, new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting.

Education and Experience:

• Experience with Paciolan preferred

Reports To: Director, The University of Texas Athletics FRMC.

Position Overview:
The Manager of Service should have a track record of success in managing a Ticket Sales or Service team. This Manager will oversee an initial staff of up to (6) season ticket service consultants and could grow quickly and shortly thereafter.

The UT FRMC Service team is responsible for the renewal of all Season Ticket Holders across all ticketed athletic events. The staff will perform outbound calls and service inbound calls for UT Athletics with a concentration on Football, Women’s Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, and Track & Field. Additionally, this team is responsible for the growth of new season ticket and group sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the annual season ticket retention plans for each sport
• Act as a liaison for The Aspire Group and UT Athletics
• Manage & update sales records using Paciolan Ticket System/CRM on a daily and weekly basis
• Assist with the monthly 'Green Light Brainstorming' sessions
• Assist in the development of new Ticket Marketing growth programs and initiatives.
• Analyze weekly call reports, closing rates while maintaining sales efficiency records.
• Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an on-going basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals, provide follow-up with appropriate feedback and direction for development with sales staff.
• Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities that will drive season ticket holder retention
• Continually develop the Ticket Service program in the following areas: new business generation, service leadership, development of service-related strategies, service training, development of best practices and results in tracking and reporting.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly service figures and relevant accountability reports.
• Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
• Expected to work all home games and ticket sales and service events
• Sell and service UT Season Ticket Holders
• Oversee season ticket holder touch point program
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Aspire Group & UT Athletic Department.
Education and Experience:
• Preferred candidate will have extensive experience in Season Ticket Service
• Possess a degree in relevant field, a minimum of 2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in Ticket Sales or Service Management preferred.
• Experience with Paciolan/CRM
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative

Compensation: Competitive salary, with the opportunity to earn commissions and a bonus based on performance.
