This Sales Consultant role will have the ability to sell individual, group, and premium tickets to the Boca Raton Bowl game. Sales Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the Boca Raton Bowl FRMC Leadership Team. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

Position Overview: The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for managing the short and long-term operational and strategic aspects of the CRM system. Working with all customer-facing departments, they will analyze, develop and implement new business initiatives to enhance the department’s effectiveness and ensure reporting is accurate and relevant. This position will focus on data accuracy and require a comprehensive understanding of ticket sales, marketing, fundraising and ticket operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall and day-to-day database maintenance and administration for Salesforce.com (CRM) software
  • Works with the leadership team for all marketing, sales and service campaign segmentation needs (i.e., email communication lists, mailing lists, established phone call campaigns, etc.)
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data, including input and output, technology management, and end-user training and support
  • Manage the opt-in database and drive initiatives to both grow and retain the registered user database and overall audience
  • Manages reports and analyzes ongoing campaign performance which may include web, email, phone and direct mail campaigns
  • Assists in building and managing analytical programs that support business strategies.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience and training in ticket sales and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with ticket sales and customer service a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight for: Consultant, Sales and Service; Database Marketing Coordinator; and a student staff of up to 8 people.
  • Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Sales Plan and Operating Budget.
  • Recruit, hire, train, supervise a ticket sales team.
  • Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the new Fan Relationship Management Center profitably while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service.
  • Grow business each year.
  • Responsible for season ticket renewal goals for customer service team.
  • Manager will also be responsible for personal sales and season ticket retention goals.
  • Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development.
  • Work with the university liaison to develop, present and communicate ticket sales strategies, procedures and processes.
  • Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets.
  • Ongoing development of New Ticket Sales program in the following areas: season ticket, new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting.
  • Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing
  • Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
  • Oversee and develop season ticket retention program, with special attention to new season ticket and high risk accounts. • Leads in the development of ticket marketing, promotions, ticket pricing, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc.
  • Serves as a member of the external operations team.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by; MU Athletics, and The Aspire Group.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years, Ticket Sales Management
  • Possess a degree in relevant field, a minimum of 1-2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in Inside Sales/ Ticketing Management/ Team Leader preferred
  • Experience with multiple ticketing platforms, preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others and confidence when taking initiative.

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of The Aspire Group.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing database.
• Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Paciolan or ticketing software experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Little or no ticket sales experience required

Compensation: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals.
