Position Overview: The Aspire Group seeks a positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader. Sales Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the FRMC Leadership Team. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

Raise Your Game Executive Development Program: At The Aspire Group commitment to our clients is matched by an equal commitment to our staff. The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is a 3 year development cycle designed to accelerate Aspire's Sales Consultants into management positions. The Aspire Group provides career growth opportunities by preparing staff with a foundation in Ticket Marketing, Sales and Service, Sales Management, Sport Business Management and Life Skills. The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is recognized as one of the most progressive management training program in the sport industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing inbound/outbound calls for CSU Athletics for all ticketed sports.

Inventory which is available for sale across ticketed sports from the FRMC include, but is not limited to:
a. Season tickets (renewals)
b. Season tickets (new business)
c. Season ticket upgrades and add-ons
d. Group tickets
e. Partial/ Mini-Plan ticket packages
f.  Single game tickets
g. Stand Alone Donations to CSU Athletics

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads. 

• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/ CRM database.
• Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with FRMC Leadership.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 90-100 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by FRMC Director.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics 
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Paciolan Ticketing software experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills 
• Professional image and demeanor 
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year sports ticket sales experience, however this is not required.

Compensation: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Service all existing full season ticket accounts.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of The Aspire Group and Kansas Athletics.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within SalesForce CRM.
• Work home games, performing various ticket service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 300 outbound calls weekly.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous ticket sales and customer service experience; display a genuine desire to help people.

Inventory which is available for sale from the FRMC include, but not limited to:
a. Season Tickets
b. Suites & Premium Tailgating Areas
c. Mini Packages
d. Group Tickets
e. Stand Alone Donations

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of The Aspire Group.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within ticketing database.
• Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Paciolan or ticketing software experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Ability to learn quickly
• Minimum one (1) year of outbound ticket package sales experience with a professional or collegiate sports organization required

Ticket Sales and Services: Client Retention/Customer Service
Consultant, Service and Retention - University of Texas Fan Relationship Management Center (Austin, TX)

Texas Athletics and The Aspire Group are collaborating to create a world-class ticket sales and customer service team. This position will be employed by The Aspire Group; consultants will report to both The Aspire Group and Texas Athletics and will be located on site in Austin, Texas.

Together, we are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and determined service consultant who understands Texas Hospitality and has a passion for being the best. You must be a team player with leadership qualities and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Excellent verbal communication skills are required.

Position Overview: Texas Athletics and The Aspire Group seek a teachable, positive and passionate individual who is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader. Service and Retention Consultant’s revenue will be generated via developing relationships from their current book of business.  Day-to-day leadership, mentoring and a career growth-oriented sports sales development program will be provided by Texas Athletics and The Aspire Group. Service Consultants will receive the tools, programs, and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is a 36 month development cycle designed to accelerate Aspire’s Consultants into management positions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to acting as the primary liaison between our current client base and Texas Athletics.  Service and Retention Consultants will also be responsible for renewing and growing all season ticket accounts and generating new business through upselling, cross selling, and referrals. 

Additional duties include: performing outbound calls, handling all forms of inbound communication and being able to address and answer all questions, comments or concerns, conducting onsite and offsite appointments, and attending additional season ticket member events for all ticketed Texas Athletics Sporting events.

The ideal candidate will obtain a book of business consisting of Football, Women’s Soccer, Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Track and Field, and Athletic Development along with all ticketed sporting events. The Service and Retention Consultant will be responsible for renewing and selling a full menu of options for all sports.  

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Service all existing season ticket members

·         Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and service

·         Facilitate season ticket member upgrades and additional seat requests

·         Grow sales significantly each week by attracting new business leads

·         Maintain computerized records of all prospects and season ticket members within ticketing database.

·         Work all home games and season ticket member events, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game

·         Set and execute out of office and arena tour appointments to grow relationships and revenue within the current fan base

·         Contact area businesses and individuals via phone and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans, and group ticket plans.

·         Make 80 outbound calls daily

·         Contribute and assist in building out a world class program

·         Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

·         4 year college degree

·         Desire to grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or intercollegiate athletics

·         Minimum 1 year professional or collegiate sports experience required

·         Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

·         Experience with Salesforce CRM and Paciolan 7 preferred

·         Strong attention to detail

d. Group tickets
e. Partial/ Mini-Plan ticket packages
f.  Single game tickets
g. Stand Alone Donations to WMU Athletics

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads. 

• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/ CRM database.
• Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with FRMC Leadership.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 70-90 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by FRMC Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics 
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Paciolan Ticketing software experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills 
• Professional image and demeanor 
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year sports ticket sales experience, however this is not required.
