Position Overview: The Aspire Group seeks a positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader. Sales Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the FRMC Leadership Team. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

Raise Your Game Executive Development Program: At The Aspire Group commitment to our clients is matched by an equal commitment to our staff. The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is a 3 year development cycle designed to accelerate Aspire's Sales Consultants into management positions. The Aspire Group provides career growth opportunities by preparing staff with a foundation in Ticket Marketing, Sales and Service, Sales Management, Sport Business Management and Life Skills. The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is recognized as one of the most progressive management training program in the sport industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing inbound/outbound calls for CSU Athletics for all ticketed sports.

Inventory which is available for sale across ticketed sports from the FRMC include, but is not limited to:
a. Season tickets (renewals)
b. Season tickets (new business)
c. Season ticket upgrades and add-ons
d. Group tickets
e. Partial/ Mini-Plan ticket packages
f.  Single game tickets
g. Stand Alone Donations to CSU Athletics

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads. 

• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/ CRM database.
• Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with FRMC Leadership.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 90-100 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by FRMC Director.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics 
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Paciolan Ticketing software experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills 
• Professional image and demeanor 
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year sports ticket sales experience, however this is not required.

Compensation: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals.

5. Make 80-120 outbound calls daily.
6. Availability to work athletic events including home games and special events.
7. Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Archtics or ticketing software experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
Duties include performing outbound calls and servicing inbound calls for Rutgers Athletics with a concentration on Football, Men’s & Women’s Basketball and multiple Olympic sports. Inventory which is available for sale from the Rutgers FRMC include, but will not limited to:

a.      Season Tickets

b.      Season Ticket upgrades and Add-ons

c.       Partial/ Mini-Plan Ticket Packages

d.      Premium/ Loge Seating 

e.      Suites 

f.        Group Tickets

g.       Single game tickets

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Conduct 450 outbound sales calls a week to a multiple area of clients

·         Manage and service assigned season ticket and mini plan accounts with the goal of account revenue maximization through renewals, up-selling and referral business opportunities

·         Ability to network and prospect high level business executives to sell premium products

·         Provide excellent customer service to client base to ensure optimal renewal rate and leverage up-selling opportunities

·         Meet with clients on game days and at other Rutgers Athletic events as assigned

·         Proven ability to meet deadlines and quotas

·         Consistent, punctual and regular attendance

·         Professional image and demeanor

·         Must be able to communicate equally well with executives, staff and fans at all levels and be comfortable in a very close supervisory and intense training environment

Education and Experience:

·         Possess a degree in relevant field, a minimum of 1-2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in service selling preferred

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar

·         Knowledge of CRM and Paciolan processes is preferred

·         Experience in servicing premium brand products is preferred

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills

·         Assertive, persistent, and results-oriented approach to service

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize goals and work independently with minimal supervision

·         Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills

·         Possess high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability

·         Proficient to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of The Aspire Group and Towson Athletics.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within ticketing database.
• Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight for: Consultant, Sales and Service

  • Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing
  • Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs
  • Oversee and develop season ticket retention program, with special attention to new season ticket and high risk accounts
  • Leads in the development of ticket marketing, promotions, ticket pricing, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc
  • Serves as a member of the external operations team

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years, Ticket Sales Management
  • Possess a degree in relevant field, a minimum of 1-2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in Inside Sales/ Ticketing Management/ Team Leader preferred

The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is a 36 month development cycle designed to accelerate Aspire’s Consultants into management positions. The Aspire Group provides career growth opportunities by preparing staff with a foundation in Ticket Marketing, Sales and Service, Sales Management, Sports Business Management and Life Skills. The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is recognized as one of the most progressive management training programs in the sports industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to acting as the primary liaison between our current client base and Texas Athletics.  Service and Retention Consultants will also be responsible for renewing and growing all season ticket accounts and generating new business through upselling, cross selling, and referrals. 

Additional duties include: performing outbound calls, handling all forms of inbound communication and being able to address and answer all questions, comments or concerns, conducting onsite and offsite appointments, and attending additional season ticket member events for all ticketed Texas Athletics Sporting events.

The ideal candidate will obtain a book of business consisting of Football, Women’s Soccer, Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Track and Field, and Athletic Development along with all ticketed sporting events. The Service and Retention Consultant will be responsible for renewing and selling a full menu of options for all sports.  

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Service all existing season ticket members

·         Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and service

·         Facilitate season ticket member upgrades and additional seat requests

·         Grow sales significantly each week by attracting new business leads

·         Maintain computerized records of all prospects and season ticket members within ticketing database.

·         Work all home games and season ticket member events, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game

·         Set and execute out of office and arena tour appointments to grow relationships and revenue within the current fan base

·         Contact area businesses and individuals via phone and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans, and group ticket plans.

·         Make 80 outbound calls daily

·         Contribute and assist in building out a world class program

·         Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

·         4 year college degree

·         Desire to grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or intercollegiate athletics

·         Minimum 1 year professional or collegiate sports experience required

·         Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

·         Experience with Salesforce CRM and Paciolan 7 preferred

·         Strong attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The Team Leader will be responsible for both selling tickets for Texas Athletics and being a leader
  • Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate group packages, and per game suite rentals
  • Lead, motivate, develop, and coach premium sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally.
  • Grow business significantly each year.
  • Present and communicate Ticket Sales strategies, procedures and processes.
  • Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities and events to include season ticket and group sales target markets.
  • Continually develop the Ticket Sales program in the following areas: new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting.
  • Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • An established, aggressive, and successful salesperson with proven self-motivational skills
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for sales and creativity
  • Proven written and presentation skills
  • Possess a degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 2-3 years of sports ticket sales experience, and at least 1 year in Ticket Sales Management/ Team Leader preferred
  • Experience with Paciolan Ticketing Software or similar product preferred but not mandatory
  • Must be able to communicate equally well with executives, staff and fans at all levels and be comfortable in a very close supervisory and intense training environment.
     

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on ticket sales.

Position Overview: Texas Athletics and The Aspire Group seeks a teachable, positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports industry leader. The Sales and Service Coordinator will be directly responsible for assisting with the implementation of group sales activations, coordinate operational and event fulfillment within facilities and marketing.  This individual will also be responsible for communicating with Group Leaders and Season Ticket members to ensure a high level experience with Texas Athletics.  They will be expected to work all University of Texas games and sporting events with the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism, thoughtfulness, sincerity and enthusiasm. Client inquiries with the highest level of courtesy and accurately answer all guests inquires. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven organization skills, computer literate, and strong customer service skills required. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports development program will be provided by the FRMC Leadership Team. The Fan Relationship Coordinator will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests at all University of Texas games.
  • Employ solution based problem solving skills to maximize customer satisfaction, retention and affinity rates
  • Provide exemplarily service to all existing and potential clients
  • Be prepared to work outside events on short notice, game night responsibilities, also work weekends as needed
  • Update accounts and complete detailed data entry in customer relationship management system
  • Facilitate group and season ticket member events
  • Process group orders and fliers
  • Communicate game day activations with group leaders
  • Serve as the liaison between the sales staff and entertainment department
  • Coordinate group giveaway materials, calendar, inventory needed, etc.
  • Work with Ticket Operations for all Sales and Service event initiatives
  • Research and lead generation within specific categories
  • Coordinate game day schedule, game day responsibilities and execution
  • Responsible for special event execution
  • Coordination and execution of category specific targeted sales events
  • Creation and fulfillment of Group Sales renewal campaign 
  • Manage own book of business and sales targets
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Sales, Service and Retention

Essential qualifications & requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience in sports
  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong work ethic, coachable, and optimism is a must
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe.
  • Detail-oriented and organized – able to multi-task and see projects through to completion.
  • Exceptional listening, learning, creative and communication skills.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends/flexible schedule.
  • College degree in business administration, marketing or related field required.
