Sales Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the FRMC Leadership Team. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

Inventory which is available for sale from the FRMC include, but not limited to:
a. Full Event Passes
b. Group Tickets
c. Mini Plans
d. Individual Game Tickets

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of The Aspire Group.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing database.
• Contact area businesses and groups to sell group packages.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader.


Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative

Compensation: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• The Team Leader will be responsible for both selling tickets for UT Athletics and being a leader of the New Sales team. 
• Act as a liason of The Aspire Group with the Athletic Department.
• Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally.
• Grow business significantly each year.
• Monitor and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development.
• Present and communicate Ticket Sales strategies, procedures and processes.
• Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets.
• Continually develop the Ticket Sales program in the following areas: new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting.
• Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports.
• Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• An established, aggressive, and successful salesperson with proven self-motivational skills
• Strong work ethic and a passion for sales and creativity
• Proven written and presentation skills
• Possess a degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 2-3 years of sports ticket sales experience, and at least 1 year in Ticket Sales Management/ Team Leader preferred
• Experience with Ticketmaster/ Archtics Ticketing Software or similar product preferred but not mandatory
• Must be able to communicate equally well with executives, staff and fans at all levels and be comfortable in a very close supervisory and intense training environment.

Position Overview: The Aspire Group seeks a teachable, positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader. Service and Retention Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the FRMC Manager. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing outbound calls. The ideal candidate will concentrate on Football, Women’s Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Men's Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Track & Field, and Athletic Development along with all ticketed sporting events. Sales & Service Consultant will be responsible for renewing all season ticket accounts as well as up- selling and cross- selling.

Inventory which is available for sale from the UT FRMC include, but not limited to:
a. Season tickets (renewals)
b. Season tickets (new business)
c. Season ticket upgrades and add-ons
d. Group tickets
e. Partial/ Mini-Plan ticket packages
f. Single game tickets
g. Donations to UT Athletics

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Service all existing full season ticket accounts.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of The Aspire Group and UT Athletics.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within ticketing database.
• Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative.

Compensation: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals.
