Position Overview: The Aspire Group seeks a positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader. Sales Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the FRMC Leadership Team. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

Raise Your Game Executive Development Program: At The Aspire Group, commitment to our clients is matched by an equal commitment to our staff. The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is a 36 month development cycle designed to accelerate Aspire’s Sales Consultants into management positions. The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is recognized as one of the most progressive management training program in the sport industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing outbound calls. The ideal candidate will concentrate on selling tickets for the North American Soccer League's Fort Lauderdale Stikers.

Inventory which is available for sale include, but not limited to:
a. Full Event Passes
b. Group Tickets
c. Mini Plans
d. Individual Game Tickets

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of The Aspire Group and client-partner.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within ticketing database.
• Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
  • Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Duties include performing outbound calls and servicing inbound calls for Rutgers Athletics with a concentration on Football, Men’s & Women’s Basketball and multiple Olympic sports. Inventory which is available for sale from the Rutgers FRMC include, but will not limited to:

a. Season Tickets
b. Season Ticket upgrades and Add-ons 
c. Partial/ Mini-Plan Ticket Packages
d. Premium/ Loge Seating 
e. Suites 
f. Group Tickets
g. Single game tickets

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage and service assigned season ticket and mini plan accounts with the goal of account revenue maximization through renewals, up-selling and referral business opportunities
• Ability to network and prospect high level business executives to sell premium products
• Provide excellent customer service to client base to ensure optimal renewal rate and leverage up-selling opportunities
• Meet with clients on game days and at other Rutgers Athletic events as assigned
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and quotas
• Consistent, punctual and regular attendance
• Professional image and demeanor
• Must be able to communicate equally well with executives, staff and fans at all levels and be comfortable in a very close supervisory and intense training environment.
• Strong ability to work with others in a collaborative, team environment
• Utilize CRM system to track and report progress of relationships with all portfolio accounts
• Grow personal account base through service selling

Education and Experience:
• Possess a degree in relevant field, a minimum of 1-2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in service selling preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar
• Knowledge of CRM and Paciolan processes is preferred
• Experience in servicing premium brand products is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Assertive, persistent, and results-oriented approach to service
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize goals and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Possess high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability
• Proficient to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
• Grow sales significantly each week by developing additional group business and hospitality leads.
• Meet face to face with existing clients and prospects and tour the facilities and group amenities with the goal of procuring sales.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing inbound/outbound calls for Aspire’s client, Sun Devil Athletics, with a concentration on men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, the Pitchfork Olympic Sport Pass, and football.

 

Inventory which is available for sale from the FRMC include, but not limited to:
a. Season Tickets
b. Group Tickets
c. Suites & Premium Tailgating Areas
d. Mini Packages

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads. 
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of The Aspire Group.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Salesforce.
• Work some home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone and in-person appointments to sell season tickets, partial plans, and group ticket plans.
• Make outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics 
• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or already have a Bachelor’s degree
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Must have truly outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Must have good decision-making skills, solid judgment, and interpersonal effectiveness
• Must be self-directed and able to work independently
• Possess a strong ability to manage one’s own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives

• Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing etc.
• Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
• Provide recommendations to The Aspire Group and Athletic Department on marketing, promotions, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Athletic Department.


Education and Experience:
• Possess a degree in relevant field, a minimum of 1-2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in Inside Sales/ Ticketing Management/ Team Leader preferred.
• Experience with Ticketmaster/ Archtics preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
• Be prepared to sell on behalf of Texas Athletics.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within ticketing database.
• Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 85 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 4 year college degree
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics
• Minimum 1 year sales experience (sports preferred)
• Display a genuine desire to help people
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Professional image and demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative

Compensation: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals.
