Position Overview: This position will manage new ticket sales including a Consultant for all ticket sports.

Inventory which is available for sale from the Long Beach FRMC include, but not limited to: 
a. Season tickets
b. Group tickets
c. Partial/Mini-Plan ticket packages
d. Single game tickets

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight for: Consultant, Sales and Service
  • Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Sales Plan and Operating Budget
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a ticket sales team
  • Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the new Fan Relationship Management Center profitably while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service
  • Grow business each year
  • Responsible for season ticket renewal goals for customer service team
  • Manager will also be responsible for personal sales and season ticket retention goals
  • Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development
  • Work with the university liaison to develop, present and communicate ticket sales strategies, procedures and processes
  • Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets
  • Ongoing development of New Ticket Sales program in the following areas: season ticket, new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting
  • Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing
  • Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs
  • Oversee and develop season ticket retention program, with special attention to new season ticket and high risk accounts
  • Leads in the development of ticket marketing, promotions, ticket pricing, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc
  • Serves as a member of the external operations team
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years, Ticket Sales Management
  • Possess a degree in relevant field, a minimum of 1-2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in Inside Sales/ Ticketing Management/ Team Leader preferred
  • Experience with Paciolan Ticketing Software preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others and confidence when taking initiative.

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on meeting or exceeding ticket sales goals

• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/ CRM database.
• Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with FRMC Leadership.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 90-100 outbound calls daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by FRMC Director.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics 
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Paciolan Ticketing software experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills 
• Professional image and demeanor 
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative

6. Availability to work athletic events including home games and special events.

• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented

• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within SalesForce CRM.
• Work all home games, performing various ticket service duties throughout the game.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
• Make 300 outbound calls weekly.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Raise Your Game Executive Development Program: At The Aspire Group, commitment to our clients is matched by an equal commitment to our staff. The Raise Your Game Executive Development Program is a 36 month development cycle designed to accelerate Aspire’s Sales  and Service Consultants into management positions. Position Overview: The Aspire Group seeks a positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader. Sales and Service Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the FRMC Leadership Team. Sales and Service Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing inbound/outbound calls for UCI Athletics for all ticketed sports including Men’s Basketball, Baseball , Men's and Women’s Volleyball, and Men’s and Women’s Soccer.

Inventory which is available for sale from the UCI FRMC include, but not limited to: 
a. Season tickets
b. Group tickets
c. Partial/Mini-Plan ticket packages
d. Single game tickets

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/ CRM database
• Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with FRMC Leadership
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans
• Make 90-100 outbound calls daily
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by FRMC Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics 
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Paciolan Ticketing software experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills 
• Professional image and demeanor 
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year sports ticket sales experience, however this is not required

Compensation: Competitive base pay, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals

Position Overview: This position will manage staff and new ticket sales responsibilities for Football and Men's and Women's Basketball.

Inventory which is available for sale from the University of Delaware FRMC include, but not limited to
a. Season tickets

c. Partial/Mini-Plan ticket packages

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell tickets for all ticketed sports, especially all premium seating accounts, major season and group ticket accounts.
  • Management of one Sales Consultants
  • Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Sales Plan and Operating Budget
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a ticket sales team
  • Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the new Fan Relationship Management Center profitably while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service
  • Grow business each year
  • Manager will also be responsible for personal sales goals
  • Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development
  • Work with the university liaison to develop, present and communicate ticket sales strategies, procedures and processes
  • Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets
  • Ongoing development of New Ticket Sales program in the following areas: season ticket, new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting
  • Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing
  • Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.
  • Leads in the development of ticket marketing, promotions, ticket pricing, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc
  • Serves as a member of the external operations team
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years, ideally in Ticket Sales/ Service and Ticket Sales Management
  • Possess a degree in relevant field, a minimum of 1-2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in Inside Sales/ Ticketing Management/ Team Leader preferred
  • Experience with Ticketmaster Ticketing Software preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Team player with ability to work well with others and confidence when taking initiative.

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on meeting or exceeding personal ticket sales revenue goals and potential bonus for FRMC exceeding its revenue goals

• Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads. 
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/ CRM database.
• Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with FRMC Leadership.
