Position Overview: The Aspire Group seeks a positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader.  Sales and Service Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the FRMC Leadership Team. Sales and Service Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT." 

Inventory which is available for sale from the Coastal Carolina FRMC include, but not limited to

a)      Season tickets

b)      Group tickets

c)      Partial/Mini-Plan ticket packages

d)      Single game tickets


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
  • Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/ CRM database
  • Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with FRMC Leadership
  • Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans
  • Make 80-100 outbound calls daily
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management or related field
  • Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics 
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
  • Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills 
  • Professional image and demeanor 
  • Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
  • Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year sports ticket sales experience, however this is not required

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on meeting or exceeding ticket sales goals.  Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, other voluntary health benefits and 401k with matching program.

 POSITION OVERVIEW:  

We are seeking a positive and passionate individual that is committed to personal development and critical thinking. The ideal Apprentice will receive direction from the Manager, Sales and Service. The Apprentice will have the opportunity to learn all phases of our sales and services processes for our current and prospective clients including but not limited to lead generation, proper sales techniques, cross selling multiple sports at one time, and sales tracking. You will have the opportunity to gain tangible working experience that builds a translatable work portfolio for your future career.

 WHAT WE OFFER: 

We will provide day-to-day leadership and mentoring, while challenging you to think more analytically and strategically through professional projects. To provide additional value, we offer all Apprentices the opportunity to participate in all Raise Your Game Executive Development Program session.  Upon conclusion of the Apprenticeship, the Apprentice will have a deeper understanding of sales and services processes that separate our partners from everyone else, as well as business practices within the sport industry that are applicable to various industries.

 CURRICULUM:

  • Understand how the sales calendar is laid out and why certain things are available during different times of the year
  • Understand the use of the ticket sales database
  • Gain experience with using Ticketmaster Ticketing System to better understand the sales process
  • Learn and build potential business leads, and understand the development of sales prospects, and the process of turning prospect into client.
  • Acquire knowledge in the development of proposals and presentations for clients
  • Brainstorm and generate new ideas for marketing of tickets within the sports and entertainment industry
  • Think critically and strategically, ask questions, and challenge presumptions
  • Foster and maintain the culture of learning and exploring  
  • Collaborate with Sales Staff on the Aspire team    

 EXPECTATIONS FOR APPRENTICESHIP:

  • Mentorship and guidance from the Manager, Sales and Service
  • Participation in weekly FRMC meetings conducted by the Manager, Sales and Service
  • Intensive training at the onset of the Apprenticeship regarding core Aspire philosophies, sport industry knowledge, and market research fundamentals
  • Development of a tangible working portfolio by the conclusion of the Apprenticeship
  • Work on game days and gain experience in data capture, and customer service

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently enrolled in either an undergraduate, graduate college, or university program in business, economics, marketing, market research, statistics, psychology, sport management (business) or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of the sales process
  • Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and in teams
  • A high-level of flexibility, curiosity, and enthusiasm with all tasks
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) proficiency is critical

 COMPENSATION:
No financial compensation is available. Apprentices are eligible to receive academic course credit. Students are responsible for providing documentation toward receiving academic credit for the Apprenticeship. Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Develop and execute approved business plan for the Group Sales Team

·         Develop and execute approved business plan for the New Season Ticket Sales Team

·         Recruit, hire, train, supervise a specialized ticket sales team.

·         Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally.

·         Manager will also be responsible for personal sales goals (focus on Group as well as New Season Tickets).

·         Assist with day-to-day operations of the Fan Relationship Management Center profitably while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service.

·         Grow business each year.

·         Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development.

·         Lead Georgia Tech Athletic Association weekly group sales and single game promotions meeting.

·         Work with the Director, Ticket Sales and Service to develop, present and communicate ticket sales strategies, procedures and processes.

·         Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include group and season ticket sales target markets.

·         Ongoing development of New Ticket Sales program in the following areas: season ticket, new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting.

·         Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports as well as handling all commission reporting etc.

·         Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs.

·         Establish relationships and work Georgia Tech Athletics Association marketing, ticketing, digital media and event operation departments. 
Other responsibilities as assigned by; Georgia Tech Athletic Association, (Director, Ticket Sales and Service), and The Aspire Group.

Education and Experience:

·         Minimum 5 years in ticket sales, with minimum 2 years in group ticket sales.

·         Possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration or any other related field.

·         Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented

  • Effective problem solving ability

·         Experience with Paciolan preferred

·         Experience with Salesforce.com preferred

·         Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills

·         Professional image and demeanor

·         Ability to work well with others and confidence when taking initiative

Position Overview: The Aspire Group seeks a positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader.  Sales Consultant’s revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented sports sales development program will be provided by the Ticket Sales and Service Leadership Team. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

This position will sell ticketed sports including but not limited to Ice Hockey, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Gymnastics.

Inventory which is available for sale from the University of Denver Ticket Sales and Service include, but not limited to: 

a. Season tickets
b. Group tickets
c. Partial/Mini-Plan ticket packages
d. Single game tickets

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
  • Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/ CRM database
  • Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with Ticket Sales and Service Leadership
  • Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans
  • Make 80-100 outbound calls daily
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management or related field
  • Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics 
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
  • Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills 
  • Professional image and demeanor 
  • Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
  • Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year sports ticket sales experience, however this is not required
  • Paciolan Spectra software experience is a plus

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on meeting or exceeding ticket sales goals.  Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, other voluntary health benefits and 401k with matching program.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include performing inbound/outbound calls for University of Massachusetts Athletics for ticket sports including Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Hockey, Softball, and Men’s Lacrosse.

Inventory which is available for sale from the University of Massachusetts FRMC include, but not limited to: 
a. Season tickets
b. Group tickets
c. Partial/Mini-Plan ticket packages



Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Build and service a book of group sales business.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
  • Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.
  • Be prepared to sell on behalf of The Aspire Group and UMass Athletics.
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within ticketing database.
  • Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
  • Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans.
  • Make 60 outbound calls daily.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Position Overview: This position will manage new ticket sales including a Consultant for all ticketed sports and the Penn Relays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight for: Consultant, Sales and Service
  • Develop and execute approved Annual Business and Sales Plan and Operating Budget
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a ticket sales team
  • Lead, motivate, develop, coach and retain sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the organization, and The Aspire Group globally
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the new Fan Relationship Management Center profitably while exceeding client expectations in revenue generation and customer service
  • Grow business each year
  • Responsible for season ticket renewal goals for customer service team
  • Manager will also be responsible for personal sales and season ticket retention goals
  • Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development
  • Work with the university liaison to develop, present and communicate ticket sales strategies, procedures and processes
  • Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets
  • Ongoing development of New Ticket Sales program in the following areas: season ticket, new business generation, sales leadership, development of sales strategies, sales training, development of best sales practices and results tracking and reporting
  • Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports. Handle all bookkeeping, commission reporting, staff payroll processing
  • Assist with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of special ticket plans, projects, promotions and programs
  • Oversee and develop season ticket retention program, with special attention to new season ticket and high risk accounts
  • Leads in the development of ticket marketing, promotions, ticket pricing, sales strategies and community ticket/ sampling programs etc
  • Serves as a member of the external operations team
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years, Ticket Sales Management
  • Possess a degree in relevant field, a minimum of 1-2 years of sports ticket sales experience with at least 1 year in Inside Sales/ Ticketing Management/ Team Leader preferred
  • Experience with Paciolan Ticketing Software preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others and confidence when taking initiative.
