 Position Overview:  The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role within The Aspire Group’s headquarters, developing and driving digital content to meet marketing and sales objectives for Aspire and our client partners.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in the development and execution of Aspire’s marketing plan
  • Work closely with Sr. Marketing Manager to ensure content and messaging, including social media, supports business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department in the creation and publication of social media content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Support direct marketing programs and campaign effectiveness for Aspire and client partners.
  • Oversee preparation of email newsletters and company announcements
  • Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and techniques.
  • Assist in the editorial process including assembling assets for the website, writing and/or editing and copy editing content and copy for the website; coordinating images for the website(s) including media requests in conjunction with other departments or Aspire client partners.
  • Report on website and digital marketing performance to deliver optimization and enhancement opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-3 years of experience in digital project management or the equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing. 
  • Experience (working or interning) copywriting and marketing a brand
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Passionate about social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) with experience producing engaging content and building an audience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Creative, concise writer with an eye for detail
  • Ability to quantify and analyze success of marketing efforts using various reporting and analytics tools

Position Overview: We are seeking a positive and passionate individual that is committed to solving complex business problems within the Sport and Entertainment industry utilizing research methodologies. The Manager will oversee a team dedicated to delivering insightful data to Aspire’s domestic and international partners incorporating a variety of research methodologies mostly involving survey methodology. A successful candidate will possess a unique talent to understand data and translate results into actionable insights.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a project lead for assigned Strategic Consulting and Research projects including, but not limited to:
    • Fan Research
    • Strategic Planning
    • Yield Management
  • Meet and liaise with current and prospective partners to facilitate assessment of needs, design research processes, and conduct project updates
  • Oversee members of the Strategic Consulting and Research staff including coordinators and the Associate Program (recruitment, training, and weekly oversight of interns)
  • Design research process for projects including developing project objectives, designing surveys, cleaning and analyzing data, and reporting results
  • Develop and conduct presentations for SC&R partners
  • Conduct external primary market research studies when necessary and constantly review secondary research and published data
  • Develop cutting-edge industry studies that position Aspire as the market leader. Present at industry conferences and publish such research in relevant industry publications and journals
  • Other related duties as assigned

 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Psychology, Economics or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience of proven working experience as a market researcher or related position
  • Knowledge of market research processes with an ability to design research methodologies to solve complex business problems
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with statistical analysis including both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience with online survey design applications and statistical programs
  • Expertise regarding data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and in teams
  • Ability to travel within the U.S up to 25% of time
  • A high-level of flexibility, curiosity, and enthusiasm with projects
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) proficiency is critical

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Track record of building effective working relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders
